The HP ePrint Enterprise app is part of the HP ePrint Enterprise solution for secure enterprise cellular printing. HP ePrint Enterprise is a private cloud-based solution for corporate network printing that supports all your network printers with a safe experience.

Overview

Hewlett-Packard (HP) is again adding to its range of sophisticated products. HP introduced their latest printer product, ePrint. The printer is equipped with an internet connection with a unique email that allows users to print remotely, as easy as sending an email. The printer that supports includes a complete portfolio of PhotoSmart, OfficeJet, LaserJet, and DesignJet categories.

HP ePrint makes it easy to print from any mobile device such as a smartphone, laptop, tablet, iPad that uses the HP ePrint platform. By utilizing the cloud infrastructure, ePrint helps manage content and print easily, quickly and safely by sending e-mails containing attachments to work documents, images, photos directly to the printer via the Internet, without having to bother installing drivers.

What is HP ePrint?

ePrint is the latest feature from HP that makes it easy for users to be able to print directly to the Printer by sending an email to the email address of the printer. ePrint is very easy to use. ePrint also makes it easy to print from a Smartphone or Computer WITHOUT having to install any driver or application. You can use ePrint while sitting on the couch or at a computer or from a cafe in another country. As long as you can send an email to a printer that can support ePrint, you can print!

Users can print images, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents, PDFs and photos.
Note: Documents printed with ePrint may look different from the original. The style, format, and flow of text may differ slightly from the original document. For documents that need to be printed with higher quality it is recommended to print from a software application on a computer, where you will have more control over what you see when printed.

How HP ePrint Works

You can print anything easily from your smartphone or tablet. You only need to be connected to the same network as your printer.

1. Open the HP ePrint Enterprise application and select the content you want to print.
2. Review the list of network printers and select your printer.
3. For Public Print Locations, use the application's automatic geographic search and select a location, or improve the search by entering keywords in the search bar.
4. Tap Print! You must receive the capture code to release your print job on the printer
5. Open the network printer that you selected and get your prints, or for public printing locations. The application will show you where to take your print job.
